The water from the Célestins spring is the best known in Vichy.
Self-service in the Hall des Sources and the Pavillon des Célestins,
it is bottled and 60 million bottles are sold each year worldwide.

During the Second Empire
the source was declared of public interest
by imperial decree 1861 January 23
